3. Service Overview
We provide convenient cardboard removal services for residents and businesses. Our team picks up cardboard and other waste, ensuring it is recycled properly, leaving you with more time and a cleaner space.

4. Subscription Plans and Fees
Subscription fees are billed monthly.
The following plans are available:
Basic Plan: Up to 0.25 cubic yards per pickup (approx. 25–50 lbs).
Pro Plan: Up to 0.5 cubic yards per pickup (approx. 50–100 lbs).
Unlimited Plan: No size restrictions.
Additional fees may apply for overages or specialized pickups.

5. Customer Responsibilities
Cardboard boxes should be placed in an easily accessible area, such as on the front yard or in an open garage. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure materials are free of food, liquid, hazardous substances, or any non-cardboard material. Failure to follow these responsibilities could result in additional fees or cancelation of service.
Place cardboard in the agreed pickup location by the scheduled time.

6. Cancellations and Refunds
Customers can cancel at any time by contacting Cardboard Cavalry via email or phone.
Refunds are not available for partial billing periods or unused services.

7. Service Limitations
Pickup schedules may change due to holidays, weather, or operational needs. We will notify customers in advance.
We reserve the right to refuse service for materials not meeting our guidelines.

8. Privacy Policy
Your personal data is protected and not sold to any other entity.

9. Modifications to Terms
Cardboard Cavalry reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be communicated to you via email or posted on our website.

10. Liability
Cardboard Cavalry is not liable for:

Damages caused by improper placement of materials.
Delays due to factors beyond our control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Placer County, CA.
